Differences in the lessons between YNVS and Gymtt

When we were in Norway, we figured out the differences in the lessons between YNVS and Gymtt. We visited the german lesson and the a economic lesson.
The biggest difference is that the students call the teachers by their first name. You can think that they are friends. Sometimes it seems like they don´t respect the teachers. But the atmosphere in the lesson is really relaxed and it looks like they have more fun than the german students, most defenitly have not so much pressure than the german students. In Germany everything is really strict.
A next huge difference is that they are everywher and every time allowed to use their cellphones even in the lessons. In Germany you are never allowed to use your cellphones except your teacher tell you to.
The last difference is that they use laptops for the lessons.

About Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is the European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport. It runs for seven years, from 2014 to 2020, with organisations invited to apply for funding each year to undertake creative and worthwhile activities.

Erasmus+ aims to modernise education, training and youth work across Europe. It is open to education, training, youth and sport organisations across all sectors of lifelong learning, including school education, further and higher education, adult education and the youth sector. It offers exciting opportunities for UK participants to then study, work, volunteer, teach and train abroad in Europe.
